Patent paralegal (m/f/d)

• Administrative support for our patent attorneys in handling national and international mandates.
• Correspondence with clients, patent offices and cooperation partners in German and English.
• Monitoring and management of deadlines and (exclusively digital) files as well as preparation and filing of patent applications.
• Coordinate annual fee payments.
• Support in the preparation of objection and appeal proceedings.
• Collaboration in the optimization of internal workflows and digital processes.
• Collaboration in the implementation of internal processes, including file creation and billing.

- Successfully completed training as a patent paralegal or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, successfully completed training in a commercial profession with the willingness to take the Pafa exam.
- Experience in a law firm or an industrial patent department desired.
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Confident handling of the common MS Office applications and willingness to familiarize yourself with new software.
- Independent, structured and careful way of working.
- Highest quality standards.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high degree of reliability.
