fluid GmbH operates a software platform that serves as a collaboration platform between patent and law firms (hereinafter "law firm") and their clients. If a law firm makes an offer to a client via the software platform and this offer is accepted, a legal advice contract is concluded between the law firm in question and the client. fluid GmbH, on the other hand, provides digital software solutions to enable efficient collaboration between law firms and clients.
