Dr. Manuel Pescher is a Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney and European Patent Trademark & Design Attorney with a double degree in Biology (Dipl.-Biol.) and Physics (Dipl.-Phys.) as well as a doctorate in Physics (Dr. phil. nat.), both from Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. This combination of subjects forms the basis for a very broad, cross-technological understanding of interdisciplinary inventions. A particular focus is on medical and biotechnology, materials science and 3D printing, through to mechanical engineering. Prior to his career in intellectual property law, Dr. Manuel Pescher worked as "International Sales Coordinator / Sales Manager International Sales" for a leading global manufacturer of precision measuring instruments using laser technologies, with an operational focus on Asia. He brings the practical experience he has gained in international competition directly into patent law consulting in order to provide the best possible protection for the entire value chain. The focus of his advice is not only on technical property rights, but also on trademark and design law. Dr. Manuel Pescher completed his patent attorney training in a fully litigious patent and law firm in Munich. Thus, his patent attorney focus is on the drafting of IP applications, as well as on the defense of IP rights in opposition, opposition and nullity proceedings. He also has special expertise in the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
