Jens Reinhard is the founder and managing director of noventive associates. His previous professional stations in IP protection were various patent and law firms as well as an industrial patent department. Jens Reinhard is a qualified mechanical engineer (Technical University of Munich), with professional stations at BMW AG via the engineering service provider KET GmbH, DENSO Deutschland GmbH as well as MAN AG. In addition to his technical expertise as a patent attorney and mechanical engineer, he has the ability to communicate highly complex topics in an understandable way, advises at eye level and provides concrete recommendations for action for his clients. In addition, he represents clients in patent nullity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court and has special expertise in proceedings for restitutio in integrum, seizure of infringing products by customs authorities, and inspection orders to prove patent infringement by means of bailiffs. Jens Reinhard has also worked for many years as in-house counsel (secondment) for a leading global manufacturer of brake systems for rail and commercial vehicles. There, he oversees the interface between internal development departments and external patent attorneys.
