Summary

Jobst Wibbelmann is responsible for setting up the concierge service at noventive. This is an extended offer for more complex problem cases in the field of inventions, patents, trademarks and other IP derivatives. The aim is to achieve a comprehensive solution to problems with the help of suitable consultants from a network of former patent judges and patent examiners (DPMA, Federal Patent Court, Patent Litigation Chambers of the Regional Courts and Higher Regional Courts, European Patent Office, Board of Appeal). Jobst Wibbelmann has not only familiarized himself with intellectual property issues. After more than 28 years as a partner in an internationally recognized patent law firm, he completed his business studies with an EMBA (focus: digital transformation) in 2022. Jobst Wibbelmann studied chemistry at the universities of Hanover, Munich and Osnabrück. He was awarded his doctorate in physical chemistry in 1988. In the course of his studies, he also acquired detailed knowledge of biochemistry. Jobst Wibbelmann was admitted as a German patent attorney in 1991. He was admitted as a European Patent Attorney in 1992. His activities cover all areas of intellectual property law, primarily patent prosecution and patent infringement litigation.
